Gym Wisdom
-You get out of it what you put into it
-If you do it right, you won’t have to do it over
-Nobody can do it for you…it’s a do it yourself job
-You look how you think…our body tells a story
-Failure provides an opportunity
-The more specific you are, the quicker the results
-The things you gain in the gym pales in comparison to what you learn from the work
-Your level of success is directly related to how bad you really want it
-The more you help someone lifting a heavy load, the less they gain. The inability to see growth from the struggle is a weak selfish act.
-Growth hurts with something to show…regrets hurt with nothing to show
-A program not well defined leads to a destination never reached
-Simple…do nothing…achieve nothing
